Welcome to Cretfine. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cretfine.com and any purchase from us. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Cretfine is operated by Cixi Youli Trading Co., Ltd. (慈溪市有梨贸易有限公司), registered in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

1. Orders, payment & pricing
Placing an order
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the products listed. An order is accepted when we confirm it (usually by email) and payment is successfully authorized. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted destinations, or incomplete address information. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Pricing & errors
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed on the site. We reserve the right to:
- Update prices, promotions, and product availability at any time before an order is accepted
- Correct obvious pricing or description errors, even after an order is submitted — in that case we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund
Taxes & duties
Checkout shows applicable store-side charges. Import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees in your country may be extra and are generally the buyer’s responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Our brand, designs, and imagery are protected — please respect them, and tell us if something looks unintentional.
Our rights (China & United States)
Cretfine and related brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Relevant rights have been registered or are otherwise protected in China and in the United States via the USPTO, as applicable to our trademarks and brand identifiers.
Unless we say otherwise in writing, we own or control the rights in:
- The Cretfine name, logos, and brand presentation
- Product designs, series names, colorways, and styling concepts as offered on the site
- Website copy, layout, graphics, packaging artwork, and original photography / scene images
- Other content you see or download from cretfine.com
What you may not do
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse our photos, product shots, or site content
- Imitate our product designs, packaging, or brand look for competing goods
- Use Cretfine trademarks or confusingly similar names in domain names, storefronts, ads, or social handles
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item — not a license to our brand assets, photography, or design IP beyond normal personal use of the goods.
Unintentional use of names or images
If you believe you have unintentionally used a specific name, phrase, image, or design that may belong to Cretfine — or if you believe we have unintentionally used a name or image that belongs to you — please contact us promptly at support@cretfine.com. We prefer to resolve good-faith issues quickly and fairly.
Reporting infringement of our rights
To report unauthorized use of Cretfine trademarks, product designs, or imagery, email support@cretfine.com with URLs, screenshots, and any registration details you have. We reserve all rights to protect our IP, including asking platforms to remove infringing listings and pursuing other remedies available under law.

3. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse cretfine.com. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting to break, overload, scrape at abusive scale, or reverse-engineer the site or its systems
- Posting or transmitting malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Using the site for fraud, false orders, payment abuse, or money-laundering related activity

We aim for accurate descriptions, measurements, and photos. Colors and finishes can vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and batch production — that alone is not a defect.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, events beyond our reasonable control, or inaccurate addresses you provide
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site or products
- Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is generally limited to the amount you actually paid to Cretfine for that order
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law.
6. Governing law & changes
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Those mandatory protections still apply for your benefit.
Disputes
Please contact us first at support@cretfine.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot, disputes may be resolved in courts with jurisdiction over our place of business, subject to any non-waivable rights you have locally.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future visits and orders.
